Job Description
A Welder, Lather, and General Worker perform various skilled and support tasks on construction sites. The Welder joins metal parts using welding equipment to build or repair structures. The Lather installs metal or wood framing to support finishing materials like plaster or drywall. The General Worker assists by carrying materials, cleaning, digging, and preparing the site.
